Out of Controller Art Competition

Well here’s something that was shown to me by someone else! A Nintendo based art competition that I’m guessing is in existance because of the whole Game On thing and well, gaming stuff is profitable and fun and yeah.
Anyway.

Competition Details!
____Eligibility_______________
The exhibition/competition is open to the public, encouraging Nintendo fans, young professionals in the arts/design communities as well as Game Designers/Developers in Australia. All 2D and 3D entries must be original and must have been executed in response to the Exhibition’s title objective. All entries must not be defamatory or negative in nature. Eligibility will be at the Judges’ discretion.
____Entry Fee________________
Entry fee is $20, cash accepted or cheques payable to Goldie Marketing Pty Ltd. Credit cards also accepted when filled out in accompanying entry form. All entrants will recieve an exclusive show bag full of Nintendo items to be collected on opening night, or mailed out if entrants are not in attendence.
____Specifications____________
2D works must not exceed A1 size. 2D works should be framed and wired, ready for hanging, otherwise works will be framed at extra cost to the artist payable on collection of works at the end of the exhibition on 29th September 2008.
3D works are limited to 100cm in any direction. Please be aware that 3D works will be openly exposed in the gallery, we encourage the piece not to consist of loose parts.
Which all sounds very cool and.. I think I might have a go at. So yeah.
