Okay! I can’t seem to even see the www.neversayspy.blogsome.com page on my computer so I can’t post this one there.. So damnit. Anyone from the group, they see this, can they copy and past it over? I’m gonna see what I can do about it over the next couple of days and such.
Anyway. Here’s a general summary and the first run of the script for Episode two for Never Say Spy. Our group project! .. uh. Where we as a group supposed to have a name as well? >>
Anywho!
Working Title: Never Say Spy
Tagline: Nothing’s too dangerous, or too difficult for our guys.
One line Synopsis: Two spies doing the dirty jobs that the big guys wont.
One-page Treatment: (Needs to be worked on still)
Two spies working for a not too big but not too small intelligence agency, doing odd jobs that the big guys aren’t willing to. The dangerous jobs that everyone else says aren’t worth the danger.
Agent 206 and Agent Badger are both spies working for The Shadow Company, a subsidiary branch of The Company. This is the place where all the crap jobs that none of the big guys want to do, but are still too important for the nobodies to be left to do.
Both Agent 206 and Agent Badger have been working for SC for the past five years and are the top agents in their game. Since they were recruited, both guys have had it in for each other. With things starting early on when Agent Badger nicked the top prize from under Agent 206’s nose in one of their first missions. Since then, it’s been a continual game of one upmanship between the two agents as they try to out do each other.
Currently Agent 206 and Badger are on assignment to get The Brief. A horribly important document that contains international secrets for a Cyber Electronics Company with enterprising features. At the same time the Live Corps are trying to get their hands on The Brief as well.

Episodes:
1: Introduction
Introducing The Shadow Company, subsidiary of THE Company. The place where Agents Badger and 206 work day in, day out (these guys have no outside lives).
(Done very much like an introductory video you see when you join a new company)
2: The Brief
Agent 206 has been captured and is being tortured by The Live Corps for information on where The Brief is. 206 wont give in! That is until they threaten him with the ultimate torture device (-). Finally Agent 206 gives in and tells the thugs who has The Brief. The person waiting on bench 17 in the park.
In a park on the other side of town Agent Badger is sitting on a bench, with an old lady sitting on one behind him. Two large men dressed in black come up to the old lady behind Agent Badger and start threatening her. Suddenly they pull out weapons and start beating up the old lady as they demand to know where The Brief is. Agent Badger is oblivious.
Finally, the thugs drag away the old lady, leaving Agent Badger alone on the bench. After a few moments Agent Badger looks around and notices that he’s not sitting on bench 17, but actually 17A and that’s why his contact hasn’t come to meet him.
3: Escape
Agent Orange infiltrates The Live Corps to save Agent 206. There’s a gunfight and they escape.. Or do they?
SCRIPT:
Episode 2: The Brief
Smack! Agent 206 is knocked back in his chair. Tied up in a grubby, badly lit room, the spy has seen better days. Standing over 206 are two large thugs of The Live Corps
Thug 1: We can keep this up all night bud!
Agent 206 simply glares at the two, daring them with his eyes.
Thug 2: It looks like we’re going to have to pull out the special treats for this one.
Thug 1 grins stupidly at Thug 2 before disappearing out of sight. There’s lots of noise of scraping and scratching of heavy items in the background as 2 stands threateningly over Agent 206.
Some moments later and Thug 1 appears again, carrying a large box of strange and unusual items including a plunger, tapedeck, slinky among other things. Thug 2 looks to Agent 206.
Thug 2: Now the fun really starts.
In a park on a bench, on the other side of town an old lady sits, back to the camera and minding her own business. From the side slinks Agent 206, dressed in a large trench coat he sits on the opposite bench and looks around.
Back in the torture room Agent 206 remains unbroken, even as Thug 1 stands back, brandishing the plunger at the spy and looking somewhat disappointed.
Thug 2: I think we’ll need to try Big Bertha. How’s that sound Agent?
Agent 206’s eyes go wide as he looks from one thug to the other.
On the bench Agent Badger looks at his watch.
Finally it seems that Agent 206 has been broken. Head down he looks defeated and ready to give the information as Thug 1 and 2 glower in the background.
At the park bench Agent Badger and the old lady remain oblivious to each other. Agent Badger looking around and trying to seem nonchalant as the old lady simply watches the world go by.
From the left and right two large men dressed in black approach the benches, coming up on either side of the old lady. They quietly start to question the old lady. At the same time Agent Badger gets a call on his mobile and answers it.
Agent Badger: Hello. The pickles are pickling.
The questioning quickly escalates, becoming more aggressive as the old lady doesn’t know what the two men are asking about and they insist upon matters. It isn’t long and the two men have gotten violent and are beating up the old lady for answers. Agent Badger at the same time is completely engrossed in his phone conversation and doesn’t realise what’s happening behind him.
Agent Badger: The chardonnay contains no bubbles.
The eagle is nested, but there are no eggs.
The storyteller speaks with no words.
Finally the two men beat the old lady over the head and drag her away as Agent Badger finishes his phone call.
In the torture chamber Thug 1 and 2 reapproach Agent 206.
Thug 2: You said The Brief would be at Bench 17.
Agent 206 looks at the thugs, confused, scared, nodding his head in agreement with them.
On the bench Agent Badger looks at his watch again then looks around, still waiting to meet the contact for The Brief. As he leans over the side of the bench he realises he’s sitting on bench 17A.
Timed it’s roughly at 90 seconds, so woo. Page n a half n two more to go. I’m doing them! This one was the easiest one to figure as the idea behind it was pretty much organised, other two gonna take me a lil longer as well, Episode One definately has more dialogue so trying to figure it out, Episode 3 I’m just trying to work out in general better.
.. this has also utterly screwed with the spacing. Joy. I’ll have to try fixing that later ><
